Sonali and Catherine are both seniors at The Potomac School. They came across a social media post about a woman who spoke on her experiences and struggles with affording menstrual products. Seeing and trying to understand the things many go through that they have always taken for granted, sparked a desire in them to make a change. Using their family, friends, schools, and the people in their community, they believed that they could help those who experienced this struggle and contribute to the cause through Mission Period.
